CENTRE MEDICAL PRACTITIONER WHO ASSISTED IN POBLENOU it is a medical center authorized by the Health Department of the Generalitat de Catalunya, authorization number, E-08012366, to make and issue certificates of aptitude and mental well-being to the obtaining or renewal of the license for the possession of potentially dangerous animals, in accordance with the provisions of law 50/1999, of 23 December, on the Legal Regime of the Possession of Potentially Dangerous Animals.

In this law it is considered potentially dangerous animals all that, being used as domestic animals or company, belong to species or breeds that have the capacity to cause death or injury to people or other animals. Between potentially dangerous dogs include: Dogo Argentino, American Staffodshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Pit Bull Terrier, Fila Brasileiro, Staffodshire Bull Terrier, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu, and their crosses.
